It appears his shoes were pulled/scraped off. Note the left foot has
(what's left of) a sock on it.
Certainly underscores the importance of wearing a helmet. |

note that there's still a sock on the left foot; i've
always heard that a strong impact can yank the victim
right out of their shoes.
but i call bullshit, because the feet aren't damaged nor
bloody. if they'd been dragging behind the truck, there
wouldn't be toes left. |

I think the shoes got ripped off...
The real question is:
What kind of squid ass-ends a moving truck? |

Look closely and note besides the crimson puddle directly beneath the
late rider's cranial area the two faint but discernible drag marks
that align with the area of contact of his right heel and large joint
of the big toe. |

One with really bad depth perception and/or
attention deficit disorder, i guess.

The dead kind.
Bikers in general piss me off, particularly the jackasses - like our
hero here - that wield these hyperkinetic rice-rockets, to whom
gleefully displaying a disregard for others on the road, physics and
common sense is a way of life.
Have some semi bumper for lunch pal. |

More to the point, did he have clean underwear on? Any mother could tell him
this is one of those moments when it becomes important.

What percentage of the ones that you have handled had dirty underwear?
My father was in a head on a long time ago. He told me that he had saved
his whole life to buy a Hickey Freeman suit and the first thing they did
in the ER was cut it up in bits.
But he had clean underwear.
Then again, how could you have clean underwear after being in a really
bad accident. |

There's points for style if you make a really tidy corpse without skid marks in
your shorts.

i would think he wouldn't have toes, or even much in the
way of feet. of course, i've never been dragged behind
a truck myself... |

Heart failure, when his brain was disconnected from the rest of his
body. |
