Fond WELCOME to 2008!
Resolved: I will not masturbate,
Write lims that don't rhyme,
Not do them on time,
Nor waffle, nor PRO CRAS tin ATE.

I couldn't keep such resolutions.
For life has such convolutions.
Well... most of the time,
My limericks will at least be assonant and scan,

But one can't denymasturbation.

With no sheep or girls to make free,
And Youporn there on the PC,
One must use one's hand,
Towank off one's gland,
If one can't afford a tart's fee.

After a 2½ year sabbatical,
(if we're gonna get all mathematical),
I'm quite out of the loop
of this limerick group,
and am struggling to keep things grammatical.

Much has changed since my last rhyme creation,
like the end of uni education.
No more ivory towers,
but alas, 40 hours,
per week in my new occupation.

No longer immersed deep in science,
my time's now spent dealing with "clients".
Lest my interest starts dwindling,
it's time for rekindling
my dusty old limerick alliance.

It is good to see A.J.L.'s pillars,
are still posting their limerick fillers!
Like that filthy old dog,
by the name Tidy Ogg
and the two un-fatiguable Millers!

Alas, but my output's now slim,
Too busy at work on Erm's quim,
Morn evening and night...
I'd be in a plight,
Were it not for Viagra's new vim.
