Where have you been, young lady? I ate the rest of that gruyere over

The vast majority of American workers don't do any useful work on Mondays
and Fridays anyway, so it's no real loss of production or services except
for the fast-food employees, of course, who probably don't get the
Presidents' Day as a paid holiday anyway.. |

At least you always have them on Monday.
They could have decided to put them on Sunday. |
