Watching this I am compelled to ponder why exactly he got out of the
car...I'm pretty sure I was told not to:

1) Run with scissors
2) Not stick my head out of a moving train window
3) Don't get out of a moving car if I'm the driver

Good thing no one told me not to stick things through my body parts...

He was doing just fine, until he decided he needed to stop and
acknowledge his fans. In retrospect, it was probably also a mistake on
his part to get out a folding card table and deal himself a round of
four-handed solitaire whilst the car was still moving.
